Cancellation & Refund Policy
GadgetsDukaan™ believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy:
▪ There will be a cancellation charges applicable on cancellation of order placed. 3% (payment gateway) charges applicable for all orders cancelled before shippment and 5% (payment gateway + shipping) charges applicable for all orders cancelled after shippment.
▪ In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like mobile phones, LCD, laptops etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
▪ In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24- 48hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
▪ In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Refund Policy :
When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by our 7-days money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not happy with your purchase, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number and also tell us the reason for requesting a refund – if your reason is acceptable, we will cheerfully issue a full refund of amount paid for the product.We take Customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Our refunds are being processed within 21 days period. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we receive the product back in our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method, post testing the returned items and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians, then you will not be eligible for replacement and refund. We will return the item back to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Damaged in Transit :
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us as soon as you receive the product. If the items are visibly damaged or the GadgetsDukaan™ seal is broken then we advise to open the full package in front of the courier boy and contact us on the spot and let the courier boy wait, after discussing with us about the damage you can sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period :
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 7 business days since receipt, then provided your item is within it's warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty replacement/repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.
In case of seller warranty you simply need to create support ticket from website home page or contact us via phone / email, and we will try to solve the issue via remote access but if it's a hardware issue then we will quickly arrange a pick up from your place fix the problem and send it back to you.
Return Period :
The Items Must Be Returned within 7 Days from the Date of receipt as your purchase is covered by our 7-days money-back guarantee. If the buyer fails to do so certain amount of depreciation will be deducted on the product and will be considered as Used Product.
